Renee is the Director of Operations for Vardhan Wealth Management. In this role, she leads and manages the firm’s operational functions to ensure efficient processes, regulatory compliance, and exceptional client service – including onboarding, managing daily requests and responding to ongoing needs in a timely manner. This position leverages her strategic thinking, operational expertise, and commitment to enhancing the firm’s workflows to support growth and long-term success.
Renee holds over a decade of experience in wealth management. Prior to her industry pivot, she spent 15 years in Advanced Engineering in the automotive industry at companies including General Motors, Ford and Kelsey Hayes.
Renee holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Industrial and Operations Engineering from the University of Michigan – Ann Arbor.
In her free time, Renee enjoys yoga, reading and cooking. She lives in Beverly Hills, Michigan with her husband, David. They have five children and two granddaughters.
